Coconut Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Milk Beverage
- 1 large banana, sliced (frozen will make smoothie thicker and frostier)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup coconut meat
- Agave to taste
- Handful of ice
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Serve immediately.
Note: For fun, kick it up with a slice of fresh pineapple and little umbrella for garnish.
