Cinnamon Almond Cappuccino

Warm up your fall mornings with this spicy almond specialty coffee drink, featuring almond milk, espresso and cinnamon syrup topped with whipped rice cream.

Cinnamon Almond Cappuccino

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
  • 4 shots espresso
  • 1 tablespoon or more cinnamon syrup
  • Whipped rice cream
  • Ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring almond milk to a simmer.
  2. Pour espresso into 2 mugs and stir in cinnamon syrup.
  3. Add hot almond milk.
  4. Top with rice cream and cinnamon.
