Cinnamon Almond Cappuccino
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
- 4 shots espresso
- 1 tablespoon or more cinnamon syrup
- Whipped rice cream
- Ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks for garnish
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring almond milk to a simmer.
- Pour espresso into 2 mugs and stir in cinnamon syrup.
- Add hot almond milk.
- Top with rice cream and cinnamon.
