Apple Salsa

If you’re looking for a seasonal salsa, dice up this fall-inspired recipe from the U.S. Apple Association. It’s super simple and can be updated every time you make it by using a different variety of apple.

Apple Salsa

Makes about 3 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups apples, halved, cored, and chopped
  • 3/4 cup Anaheim chili pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container up to 2 days.
