Apple Salsa
Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients:
- 2 cups apples, halved, cored, and chopped
- 3/4 cup Anaheim chili pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container up to 2 days.
