Harvest Hazelnut Caramel Cafe au Lait

Hazelnut coffee, steamed dairy-free milk, vegan whipped cream, and a drizzle of caramel can make the most blustery of autumn days bearable.

Harvest Hazelnut Caramel Cafe au Lait

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces vanilla or plain soy milk, steamed
  • 4 ounces strong brewed hazelnut coffee (try Gevalia Hazelnut Coffee)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons vegan whipped topping (we like Soyatoo Rice Spray Cream)
  • Drizzle of vegan caramel sauce
  • Candy sprinkles (optional)

Directions:

  1. Pour steamed milk into a tall mug then pour in coffee.
  2. Garnish with whipped topping, caramel sauce, and sprinkles.
  3. Serve hot.
