5-Minute Vegan Power Breakfast

I have fallen hard for Food for Life’s Ezekiel products. I’m especially hooked on the Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Flourless Raisin Cinnamon Bread. My favorite way to nosh it is toasted and slathered with Naturally More’s Peanut Butter. I call it my 5-Minute Power Breakfast because it can be made right before I race out the door and it deliciously satisfies my need for a meal that sustains my morning energy.

5-Minute Vegan Power Breakfast

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices vegan raisin bread, toasted or not
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 small banana, sliced

Directions:

  1. Slather raisin toast with peanut butter and top with banana slices.
