I call it my 5-Minute Power Breakfast because it can be made right before I race out the door and it deliciously satisfies my need for a meal that sustains my morning energy.
5-Minute Vegan Power Breakfast
- 2 slices vegan raisin bread, toasted or not
- 2 to 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 small banana, sliced
- Slather raisin toast with peanut butter and top with banana slices.
