One of the most refreshing and healthful smoothies you’ll ever sip, this watermelon smoothie is a must-drink on those mornings you have trouble opening your eyes.

Watermelon Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups seeded watermelon chunks
  • 12 ounces vanilla soy or coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Serve immediately.
