Creamy avocado and luscious mango are a nutrient-packed pair in this refreshing and filling vegan smoothie recipe. If you don’t have mango on hand, use any ripe, juicy fruit.

Avocado Mango Smoothie

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 fully ripened avocado, halved, pitted, peeled, diced
  • 2 cups diced mango or other fruit
  • 2 cups coconut almond milk

Directions:

  1. Combine avocado, mango, and milk in a blender and puree.
  2. Serve immediately.
