Mandarin Orange Cream Cocktail
- 16 ounces apricot mango juice
- 6 ounces vanilla-flavored vodka
- 5 to 6 mandarin oranges, peeled, segmented
- 1 cup dairy-free whipped cream
- In a pitcher filled with ice, stir together juice and vodka.
- Strain into 4 martini glasses.
- Fill with orange segments and carefully top each drink with whipping cream.
- Garnish the top of each cocktail with orange segments and serve immediately.
