Vegan Iced Almond Latte

When Pure Bar founder Veronica Bosgraaf says she’s obsessed with almond milk, she isn’t kidding. After dishing on her love for the dairy-free milk alternative, she gave us this tasty vegan drink recipe. Not only is it a delicious way to start the day (or get through an afternoon), it is chockful of healthy ingredients.

Veronica Bosgraaf’s Vegan Iced Almond Latte

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 of a small pitted, peeled avocado
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup coffee ice (freeze coffee in an ice tray)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, avocado, cacao, and banana. Blend all ingredients until creamy.
  2. Serve over coffee ice.
