Herbs de Provence
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 8 ounces vegan cream cheese alternative
- 1 tablespoon herbs de provence
- 1 French baguette or another bread of your choice, cut at a diagonal into 1/2-inch slices
Directions:
- In a food processor, combine butter, cream cheese alternative, and herbs. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors.
- Serve with slices of baguette.
