Fresh Blackberry Mojito

- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 tablespoon light sugar
- 8 ounces light rum
- Juice of 1 lime
- Club soda
- Lime slices
- Fresh mint sprigs
- In a pitcher, muddle the mint leaves, blackberries and sugar.
- Add the rum and lime juice, stirring to mix well.
- Pour the mojito into 6 tall glasses and fill each with ice cubes. Top each off with club soda.
- Garnish drinks with a lime slice and mint sprig.
