Sauteed Baby Bok Choy with Garlic and Ginger
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 pounds baby bok choy, trimmed, chopped
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Tamari to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and bok choy, and cook, stirring often, until bok choy is tender.
- Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Season with tamari and pepper.
