Sauteed Baby Bok Choy with Garlic and Ginger

Baby bok choy becomes a yum-inspiring dish when sauteed in fresh ginger and garlic. Serve it as a vegan side dish when Asian recipes are on the menu.

Sauteed Baby Bok Choy with Garlic and Ginger

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 2 pounds baby bok choy, trimmed, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Tamari to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and bok choy, and cook, stirring often, until bok choy is tender.
  3. Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Season with tamari and pepper.
