April is National Soy Foods Month and to celebrate we’re sipping on this sweet and fruity vegan smoothie recipe inspired by House Foods America, which offers tofu products that are made with non-GMO soybeans grown in the US.
House Foods’ Mango Tofu Smoothie
- 1/2 (7-ounce) package House Foods Premium Tofu Soft, drained
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1-1/2 cups frozen mango
- 3 tablespoons agave
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
